Investigation report on light burned magnesia powder

Release date:2017-05-06 Author:双杰耐火 Click:

The operating environment of light burning magnesia industry, the status of the light and heavy magnesium industry in China, the competition pattern of the light and heavy magnesium industry in China, the analysis of the operation status of the key enterprises in China's light and heavy magnesia industry and the development prospect and investment forecast of the light and heavy magnesium industry in China are also analyzed. If you want to have a systematic understanding of the calcined magnesia industry or invest in the light and heavy magnesia industry, this report is an indispensable tool for you. In 2014, the export of light burned magnesia powder in China showed a trend of "volume increase and price drop", and general trade remained stable. Among them, the export of light and heavy magnesium in the first to two quarters showed a downward trend, and the volume and price fell, especially after a large number of foreign merchants at the end of 2013, the volume of procurement in the first quarter and the two quarter of 2014 decreased significantly. The transaction price is close to the cost line. There is little or no profit margin. Foreign businessmen are watching, and the order is still scarce. The market is close to collapse. In the end of the two quarter, after the situation fell to the bottom, after a joint effort to reduce the amount of tender, the market began to improve in the three quarter, the volume of trading increased significantly, the price was stable and slightly recovered, all the quota was completed in the whole year. The trend of the whole year is generally shallow "V".

In 2014, the total export of light and heavy magnesia in China was about 1 million 350 thousand tons, an increase of 22% over the same period last year. Under general trade, 1 million 65 thousand tons of export (excluding the customs declaration of 2013 to 2014), of which 173 thousand tons of light burned magnesium exports, 27.9%, 571 thousand tons of magnesium, 3%, 321 thousand tons of electrofusion, 1.3%, 218 tons of magnesite, and 33% of the same ratio. The total amount of export is 390 million dollars. The average export price is $366 / ton. Among them, the light burned magnesium was 230 US dollars / tons, up 0.7% from the same period, 290 US dollars per ton for re burning magnesium, 3% in the same period, 580 US dollars per ton, 7.1% down from the same year, and 280 US dollars per ton for magnesite, down 13.2% from the same period.

In 2014, there were three main reasons for China's export of light and heavy magnesia, that is, the international economic downturn and the lack of demand.  The export of light and heavy magnesia is in the buyer's market, and the bargaining power of foreign businessmen is strong, and the bargaining power of Chinese enterprises is weak. Foreign businessmen focus on purchasing in the fourth quarter of each year, and purchase less at other times, and keep lowering prices. In order to maintain its own normal operation and market share and also be penalized for the waste of quotas, export enterprises are down to export prices, low prices and close to the cost of export, resulting in a decline in the overall export price. The two is the problem of statistical caliber. A considerable portion of the export of enterprises was concentrated in the fourth quarter as a result of the changes in foreign procurement. In December, a considerable proportion of the light and heavy magnesia in the export of customs declaration in December was counted in the January 2014 export.  According to estimates and calculations, the amount in 2013 was about 16-17 tons, higher than in any previous year. Therefore, statistical time lag leads to the "high volume" of exports. Three, the re export trade of North Korea's heavy metals has begun to increase. There are many illegal practices such as changing certificates of origin, re processing bonded warehouses, etc. In 2014, North Korea's re export trade burned 157 thousand tons of magnesium, an increase of about 10 thousand tons compared with 2013. The re export trade of heavy and heavy magnesium has pushed up the export volume of our country while lowering the export average price.
