In order to effectively reduce the waste of resources and the pollution of the environment in the process of steelmaking, Yu Haiming's Innovation Studio was started at the end of 2012, combined with the existing production technology of steelmaking, using the reutilization of the converter dust dust and the abandoned steelmaking tundish coating as a breakthrough, through a large number of industrial field tests, the converter dust dust and steelmaking waste were used in the process. With the high content of the coating Magnesium Oxide, these waste materials are recycled and used in steelmaking, instead of light calcined dolomite, which effectively reduces the use of light burned dolomite. After production practice, the production line of 120 tons converter has already realized the effective recycling and efficient utilization of waste materials, completely replacing the original light burned dolomite production process. While protecting the environment, the annual production cost can be saved by 6 million 480 thousand yuan.
